Scotch & Crystal-e on the Rocks
To enjoy a scotch, a true sipper, one might argue that you only need a few ice cubes and time. Scotch, after all, is a naturally fragrant and powerful form of whiskey that would be just as welcome by itself as it would as a base for a complex drink. Bringing Crystal-e to the mix will add inspiration to an age old tradition like Scotch on the Rocks.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Scotch, your choice.
1 oz. Crystal-e, carbonated or non-carbonated
To Prepare:
1. Fill a Rocks glass with ice, preferably large ice cubs to slow the melting.
2. Pour Scotch into glass over ice, allowing to sit for about a minute in the ice.
3. Pour the Crystal-e over the rocks.
4. Stir drink gently for 30 seconds and allow to sit until ice has melted a bit.
5. Enjoy!
